Developing the region's talent so that they are prepared for the demands of growing businesses is one of the key goals of the partners in Advance Northeast Ohio, and when it comes to talent development the State of Ohio is an invaluable partner.

The University System of Ohio has articulated a clear vision and strategy for increasing educational attainment in the state, and recently issued an encouraging progress report. The state is closely tracking how many students graduate from the system, how many college graduates stay in Ohio, and whether Ohio is attracting more college graduates than it is losing.
