Collaboration Spotlight: First Company to Benefit from WorkAdvance Program Shares Experience

Clevaflex President Michael J. Sherwin recently talked to Advance Northeast Ohio about how an innovative workforce development program focused on helping unemployed and entry-level working adults advance in manufacturing and healthcare careers has benefited the company.
WorkAdvance is a collaboration of more than 13 Northeast Ohio workforce and economic development organizations led by Towards Employment, a non-profit dedicated to assisting disadvantaged adults obtain employment and advance in their careers. The program will help to supply 1,000 qualified candidates to the region's employers over the next five years.
