Cargill Deicing Technology’s recent announcement that it plans to invest $13.8 million to increase the capacity of its rock salt mine means more jobs are on the way for Northeast Ohioans.

The expansion project is expected to add 20 jobs and bring total employment at the mine and its headquarters to 270. Dale Fehrenbach, president of Cargill Deicing Technology, said Cargill’s latest investment reflects the company’s commitment to Cleveland.
