Collaboration and innovation are helping to develop Northeast Ohio’s economy. This point was made even more clear last week when JumpStart, Lorain County Community College, MAGNET and NorTech announced that Northeast Ohio was one of only 20 regions in the country selected as a winner in the White House’s Jobs and Innovation Accelerator Challenge. As a winning region, Northeast Ohio will receive more than $2 million, which will help stimulate job growth. Programs like these are helping grow the region’s economy while making Northeast Ohio a model for the nation.
